Modular approach has been increasingly adopted in the construction industry for addressing the critical challenges facing the built environment such as aging workforce. Lifting of heavy modules dominates jobsite activities and thus determines construction safety, efficiency and sustainability. This talk will systematically demonstrate the use of smart and digital technologies (e.g. AI, IoT, VR/AR, Digital Twin) for addressing heavy lifting planning, monitoring and control in modular construction. The talk will also cover other relevant R&D for addressing the bottlenecks of modular construction. The talk will set an example of integrating smart technologies and construction industrialization for achieving quality and sustainable development. 模块组合建造(MiC)在香港已应用于超过100个建筑项目,以解决建筑业面临的如劳动力老龄化等重要挑战。MiC中重型模块吊运主导施工现场的各项活动,决定了项目安全、效率和可持续性。本次报告将系统介绍如何利用智能化数字化技术以解决MiC重型吊运的各种问题与挑战,例如基于多用户虚拟现实的吊运规划与培训、基于数字孪生的吊运实时监测等。该报告还涵盖MiC项目交付中的其他瓶颈问题及相关研究,例如供应链创新管理等。该报告中相关研究工作将助力新型建筑工业化与智能化协同发展。 |
